"My porch chairs still look great"
I’ve had these porch chairs for about two years now, and they’re still holding up really well. replacing them anytime soon would be unnecessary because they’re still solid and look great.

"Pretty good value, I think"
I’ve picked up a few home items from Grandin Road, and for the most part, I feel like the prices are reasonable for what you get. I’m not totally sure everything is perfect, since one order did take a little longer to ship than I expected, but overall I’d say I got my money’s worth.

"Easiest exchange ever, no question"
I ordered the wrong size chair cover and was expecting the whole exchange thing to be a headache, but it was ridiculously easy. Customer service got back to me fast and told me exactly what I needed to do, no confusion at all. The replacement showed up way sooner than I expected too. I can say with total confidence this was one of the least stressful exchanges I’ve ever dealt with.

Checkout was quick and easy. I found what I needed, tossed it in the cart, and the payment went through without any weird error stuff popping up. Shipping info was clear too, so yeah, overall it was a smooth experiance

I had a question about my order after checking my receipt email, and I wasn’t sure how long it would take to hear back. Customer service replied later that same day, and it actually felt like a real response instead of some copy-and-paste answer.
It took one extra email to get everything fully sorted out, but it was still easy overall. The person helping me was nice, and I appreciated that they actually answered what I was asking.

"Good deals if you catch a sale"
The prices can feel a bit high at first, but I’ve had good luck waiting for a sale. I think the last one I used was around late March, or maybe early April, and stacking a promo code helped a lot. It’s not always the cheapest option out there, but most of the time the quality makes it feel worth it. I’d give it 4 stars.

I ordered a front door wreath and a small entry table after spending way too long looking at the product details, mostly because I was trying to match the wreath to a doormat I already had. Both items ended up looking close to the pictures, and the sizing was accurate, which was a relief since my entryway isn’t very big. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a huge deal. The quality seems good for the price, and everything looks nice once set up. I’d order again, though I do wish the shipping updates were a little more consistent.

"Delivery was reliable, just caught me at a bad time"
The box showed up right on schedule and there weren’t really any problems with the delivery itself. the only annoying part was my own bad timing, I was in the middle of a hectic afternoon when it arrived. Other than that, everything was smooth.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but I ended up really loving Grandin Road’s style. Their pieces feel polished and stylish without being too fancy or hard to mix in with what I already have. The colors and patterns are very much my taste, and I actually got a bunch of ideas just browsing around the site. Everything has that put-together look, but in an easy, livable way.

I did end up getting exactly what I ordered, and everything matched the pictures and the receipt, so no complaints there. It took a little longer than I expected, though, which kind of made me wonder if it got pushed aside for a bit. Still, the order was correct in the end, so overall I’m happy enough.
